I've followed the scrutiny of the latest Apple media invitation sent last week. I'm certain there will be a button. My first thought was more simple; "If only Apple had a product on the market called the touch." A product that got no update with the introduction of the iPhone last year. Delaying the launch of a revised iPod touch would make sense to allow production to ramp up and not negatively impact delivery of the new iPhone.
It just doesn't seem big enough to warrent a line, one of only two, on the invitation. Apple isn't going to share the new iPad launch spotlight with something that isn't integrated in some way. This new report from The Next Web is intriguing to say the least. If this is what's in store tomorrow, and it's as amazing as it sounds, I can't wait to try it.
